TOS

Before a commission here's a few things you should know:

✗ I own all rights to the art I make, and I do not consent to it being used for personal profit, NFTs, re-licensing, AI (Artificial Intelligence) training, or to promote hate speech.
✗ Art shall not be claimed as your own. (Obviously) (Also including erasing any watermark present)
✗ Art must contain proper credits on any site, if/when published.
✗ Any adopts I’ve created should not be changed in any large way, minor changes are allowed! (Feel free to ask me questions!)
✗ Payment will always be due after the sketch is completed. (IF APPLICABLE, otherwise payment is upfront)
✗ I will not continue until you pay, sorry!
✗ My art is non-refundable, after the sketch's completion, to keep myself safe from potential scams.
✗ Please do not use my art for commercial use. (logo for company/branding, stuff like that) ...Unless you pay extra for that right.
✗ Major changes after the final product will not be accepted, and you will recieve a blacklist from further work from me. (As I have given you an opportunity during the sketch's revision)>> Just note I WILL post your art on my socials. You may ask for it not to be posted, or you can ask after I've posted it. PLEASE don't dog me out for this, as you should have read this section of my TOS.
